Cottage Health System of California has leveraged forms automation and electronic signature technology from FormFast, Inc. to fully automate their patient registration and admission procedures.  Deployed across the health system for over a year, the solution integrates with each hospitals patient information systems, eliminating the inefficiencies of managing pre-printed paper forms and the associated costs of physically storing paper medical records in accordance with regulations.

The solution in place at Cottage Health System automatically generates documents that need signatures and walks users through the signing process. Once the documents are electronically signed, FormFast marries the signature to the document creating a legally signed electronic document. It then sends the document to an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and archiving system.
