Partnership to focus on providing automation of forms and documents for the healthcare industry

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 2007--Lawson Software (Nasdaq:LWSN) today announced a new partnership with FormFast, Inc., a leading document automation company for the healthcare sector and other targeted industries. Through this partnership, Lawson and FormFast will provide forms automation functionality into enterprise software solutions from Lawson. FormFast is a Gold-level partner within Lawson's Complementary Partner Program, which is the most comprehensive partnership in the three-tiered program.

"FormFast's technology simplifies and streamlines the previously time-consuming task of entering data into the numerous forms that are still needed in specific industries, such as healthcare," said Terry Plath, global director of business development for Lawson. "Lawson and FormFast are leading providers in the healthcare industry - FormFast's solutions bridge clinical and enterprise software applications, providing our customers a single forms automation platform, which will help reduce IT system complexity while increasing productivity by reducing manual data entry."

FormFast was founded in 1992 and serves more than 600 customers in the healthcare industry. The company offers an output management system with a variety of forms and form packets that are automatically filled in and printed on-demand.
