FormFast Technology Integrates with SDS HealthPort EDMS Creating a Superior Product

Alpharetta, GA, March 7, 2007: SDS, the leader in comprehensive health information management solutions, has teamed up with FormFast, the healthcare industry’s foremost forms automation company, to deliver valuable solutions to SDS HealthPort EDMS (electronic document management system) clients. This alliance allows SDS HealthPort EDMS clients to have complete control over their electronic forms.

In particular, SDS HealthPort EDMS customers have the ability to:

• barcode and design forms,
• convert or import existing forms in other formats,
• scan existing forms being utilized by the hospital,
• map data to the forms, and
• view, route, and print forms.

FormFast provides forms automation solutions that enable these clients to migrate their records from paper-based forms to electronic format, giving them total control over the management of forms.
